Terms & Conditions

All customers are requested to read the Terms & Conditions section before placing an order. The words' we,' 'us,' and 'our' used on this page referred to Innovate Design Tech, while 'you' referred to customers.

  • All customers are required to submit all the information about their work and website.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of data and content that you provided at the time of order. Innovate Design Tech is not responsible for any data back-up.
  • We will not be responsible for any missing graphics, artwork, data entry, or web hosting related to the project unless it is clearly mentioned and specified in the order.
  • Our experts will do their best to meet the deadlines. However, we will not be responsible for missing deadlines due to untimely not easy-to-control circumstances like deployment problems, lack of third-party support, recurring bottlenecks, communication issues, unavailability of required resources, and other hindrances.
  • We let our customers proofread all the site's content and review looks before and after the completion of work on the project.
  • We also allow our customers to review the user interface of the site
  • We give our clients a 7-day period to review their projects and ask for revisions if needed. If you ask for revisions after the grace period, you have to pay for it.
  • A customer will remain the owner of all the supplied data from logos to source files and copyrights.
  • All the clients are required to grant authority to Innovate Design Tech to alter and use the provided data.
  • If a customer gets copyrights of any third-party content and material, he or she will be entirely responsible for it. Besides, the client is obliged to give these copyright permissions to Innovate Design Tech so that we commenced the work on the project.
  • We will not be responsible if anyone claims the data provided by the client. Such issues happened due to clients' negligence in the provision of copyright permission.
  • While signing a contract, clients are required to accept all the responsibilities regarding copyright issues.
  • We reserve the right to acquire evidence about the copyright authority and permission.
  • We will not be responsible for changes in the project made by the client or third-party. The changes can be deletion of anything from the site, modifications in design, or addition of anything. However, you have to pay additional charges if you want us to rectify such changes.

Payment

  • You can make payment via online banking and cheque. Besides, you can also give us cash to clear all your dues.
  • Innovate Design Tech reserves the right to reject payment in any of the forms mentioned above without giving any reason.
  • We also have the right to modify payment methods. Besides, we can change the pricing anytime without the issuance of any notice.
  • If a client cancelled the order in the midway, he /she would have to pay the estimated service charges. However, the charges will be according to the hours spent on the project.
  • Strict actions will be taken if non-payment of overdue amount or unpaid cancellation fees and services charges.
  • We will refund the 100% amount if a client cancelled the order before the commencement of the project.
  • If a client canceled the order the mid-way, the refund would be provided considering the project's progress state.
  • We will not issue any refund once the project gets completed.

Conditions Regarding Free Support & Third-Party

  • We offer 30-day free support after launch.
  • The free support includes fixing bugs and email support. However, you have to go premium if you want changes in rules, designs, and enhancements/add-on.
  • Clients are liable and responsible if third-party companies demand payment, licensing, and copyright that they have integrated into their sites.
  • If you want Innovate Design Tech to procure these liabilities and responsibilities on your behalf, you need to pay charges. However, the fee will be light on your pocket.
  • We don't give a guarantee of any third-party products and services.
  • Any upgrade in third-party products and services is beyond our scope.
  • After the 30 days, we start charging money on an hourly basis.

Conditions Regarding Add-On/Enhancement, Rework & Billing

  • In case of any additional work after the completion of the project, you need to pay additional charges and set a new deadline.
  • We have a 'No Additional Charges' policy for minor tweaks in the finished project. However, if anyone tries to take undue advantage of this policy, we will charge extra money.
  • We will provide the list of all the changes and additional work to you.
  • All the clients are informed in the beginning that they will have to pay additional charges for specific add-ons or enhancements.
  • After the project gets approved, every adjustment is considered an add-on and charged as per the policy.
  • Client is obliged to clear all the amount and additional fees within the due date. Otherwise, late fees will be added to the bill.

Liability Limitations

  • Innovate Design Tech takes all the necessary precautions and practices every skill before executing the project.
  • We are not liable for any express or implied warranty in terms of correctness, quality, timeliness, or accuracy of the service.
  • Innovate Design Tech and its employees are excluded from any or all liability due to omissions, time, any negligence, etc., that can damage the functioning of the website and artwork, content, or data provided by the client.
  • Apart from personal injury or death resulting from omissions or negligence, we will not be responsible for any damages that happened due to infringement and contract.
  • The damages may include profit loss and claims made by third-party.
  • Innovate Design Tech will not be responsible for inefficient and ineffective performances of third- party organizations.

Delivery & Approvals

  • All the projects are divided into several phases, and every phase is charged separately. Clients are required to make the payment after the completion of every phase to move to the next stage.
  • We upload the completed project on the customer's profile for approval.
  • After getting approved, the final work is transferred to the destination server.
  • We reserve the right to hold the delivery until the confirmation of full payment by the client.
  • All the material, content, designs, and codes generated during the work will be transferred to the client upon completion.
  • We handover the ownership and copyrights of the project after the client makes the full payment.
  • We reserve the to share the finished projects on our site to gain more customers.
  • If the client doesn't want his/her project to be published publicly, he/she should well-informed us in the beginning.

Conditions Regarding Deadline

  • Our experts make sure that every project is completed as per the deadline.
  • We will not start working on the project until the client pays the deposit that could be around 30% to 50% of the full amount.
  • The deadline will be extended in case of any circumstances that take a lot of time to be fixed.

Severability

  • If any point in the Terms & Conditions section is deemed illegal, invalid, or against the policy, the rest of the points will still have the same value.
  • The order and agreement of the page would not be held null and void in such a case.
  • The controversial point will be removed or replaced immediately by Innovate Design Tech.
